Contributing to the development and implementation of Here for You staff wellbeing and mental health service for NHS and social care staff working within Surrey Heartlands and Frimley ICSs. Supporting the delivery of interventions to enable staff to receive timely psychological support. This role is vital in helping staff get the support they need. Ensuring that the data is captured helps us better understand the demands for this service and adapt what is delivered to best meet the needs of staff. Job Overview To work within Here for You service to co-facilitate workshops for staff on a range of wellbeing areas. Workshops draw on a range of evidence-based psychological models which you will have the opportunity to learn and deliver. To work on keeping wellbeing resources up to date. To support the data collection and reporting requirements for Here for You. To answer queries and questions from people accessing information. To work closely with other members of the Here for You team. Liaising with Comms team and managing our social media (eg our website and Twitter account). Attending Trust and ICS wide events to increase the visibility of the service especially amongst harder to reach staff group. Delivering some in-reach work, for example visiting hospitals to tell staff about our service. Experience required Some paid or voluntary experience in a mental health setting Experience of working in NHS Working with people who may be struggling to cope due or are experiencing psychological difficulties. Delivering workshops or co-facilitating groups to people. Confident user of technology and IT including all Microsoft applications, MS Teams, databases, websites and social media Experience of using data to report outcomes Experience of working in a role delivering care in a mental health setting Excellent communication skills Suitable for someone who Can demonstrate a passion for supporting NHS and social care staff. Is able to work autonomously and also as part of a small team delivering staff support across the system. Has the energy and drive to support the delivery of evidence based & culturally sensitive group interventions to support staff wellbeing. Is flexible to meet the changing needs of the service. Someone who is able to work remotely and travel across sites in Surrey as needed to deliver interventions. Delivering workshops on a range of psychological issues affecting staff 2. Developing and co-delivering bespoke team sessions to teams referred to the service. 3. Some individual clinical work as agreed by supervisors and within professional competencies for example conducting wellbeing plans with staff referred into the service. 4. In-reach work to staff in specific settings eg acute hospitals Communications Develop and maintain communication with people and groups in all sectors of the system workforce to ensure that staff are aware of the support on offer to them. Manage our website and social media assets, recording podcasts Coordination, administration, signposting and interventions Act as a key point of knowledge for staff wishing for advice or support in accessing services on offer – both locally delivered services and those with a national offer Review wellbeing of staff receiving care and coordinate care Work with the Here for You Psychologists and CBT therapists to ensure that staff with appropriate needs receive timely and effective input. Outreach to vulnerable and those at risk of mental health difficulties Offer some individual psychological and wellbeing interventions under supervision from the Clinical Lead Here for You Organise and prioritise own workload
