Do you have a passion for the international drinks industry? Do you know your Sherry from your Sake? We’re looking for a highly motivated, conscientious and passionate B2B Marketing Executive to drive entries into our international World Drinks Awards, sell tickets to our UK and American trade dinners and trade events, and assist in adhoc B2B marketing support across the business.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of success implementing and managing simultaneous 360 marketing campaigns to an international B2B audience, demonstrable knowledge of Dotdigital, strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
You will be creative yet commercially minded, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Awards team to develop campaigns converting prospect customers and retaining them once secured. You will have experience and understanding of the full marketing mix including, but not limited to, email campaigns through Dotdigital, social media content creation (organic and paid), SEO, PPC and print. A/B testing will come naturally to you, and this will be used to optimise each campaign in line with the marketing budgets.
Role responsibilities:
- Comfortable working in Dotdigital (email system) to create, send and analyse email campaigns
- Knowledge of international data segmentation
- Creating assets for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
- Developing and scheduling industry best practice social media posts in line with campaigns and platform to meet agreed targets (Awards entries and ticket sales)
- Working with the internal design team to create print assets and advertisements, where appropriate, to assist with the integrated marketing campaigns
- Confident in producing high quality campaign reports on weekly and monthly basis to include Google Analytics, email, social media stats on the relevant campaign
- Assist in the creation and promotion of all commercially led competitions
- Working with the Marketing Manager to develop paid for campaigns (social/PPC/SEM)
- Assist Marketing Manager in ensuring B2B Paragraph data is GDPR compliant
- Contribute to the name generation target
- Attend industry and company events, when required to promote and support our brands

The role is based in our Norwich office and we are currently working a hybrid system which gives the flexibility to work from home as well as in the office, after a period of probation.
