We are looking for an Assistant Psychologist to join our team at Gledholt Mews and Coach House.
This role will be working Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17:00
Gledholt Mews and Coach House is our enhanced residential service for adults with mental health needs or a personality disorder who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway and are looking for the next stage in their rehabilitation journey or for those who may be stepping up from a community placement.
The service focuses on continuing practicing life skills and coping strategies. We concentrate on community-based activities, the use of public transport, education and vocational therapy, job placements, work experience and the development of hobbies and interests.

Your Day-to-Day…
We are seeking an academically strong candidate to support and enhance the psychological care of patients at the service by assisting the Qualified Psychologist with;
- Contributing to assessments, scoring and reporting (verbal / written)
- Clinical formulation and implementing care plans for psychological treatment
- Planning, delivering and evaluating individual / group programmes
- Administration, audit, research and service development
We’re looking for someone who is…
- Degree qualified in Psychology (2:1 or above) or equivalent
- BPS (British Psychological Society) Accredited
- Preferably experienced in health care and/or in an Assistant Psychologist role
- Passionate about learning and working as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Qualified to Master’s degree level or higher in Psychology (preferable)

Requirements
Contracted hours: 40 per week
