Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: King's Cross
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (Core Hours)
Salary: £35-45,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and values.
  • Act as the main point of contact for occupiers and service partners, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Drive an operationally efficient and economically competitive commercial environment for occupiers.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the investment value of the estate for the landlord.
  • Maintain effective management systems for security, maintenance, cleaning, and health & safety.
  • Support the management of health, safety, and wellbeing for all users of the estate.
  • Collaborate with the property team to implement objectives and initiatives efficiently and ethically.
  • Assist in setting and managing economically competitive commercial service charge budgets.
  • Ensure completion of administrative tasks and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, including occupier representatives and service partners.
  • Actively engage with the wider property team to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Support ESG initiatives and promote sustainability practices.
  • Nurture a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging a can-do attitude.
  • Collaborate with service partners and contractors, ensuring performance meets agreed standards.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and oversee relevant inspections and audits

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in property/facilities management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance and compliance.
  • Administrative proficiency.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
