Job Title: Assistant Project Manager - Construction

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager/ PA to join our fast-grooving construction company with a numerous of projects across London
The Role The Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Management Team in the delivery of construction projects (Residential) from start to finish, including working closely with internal processes and procedures.
You will assist in managing the costs of various projects. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, procuring materials for day-to-day site tasks and procuring a robust supply chain and logging payments and orders.
Full support to develop your competencies and skills will be provided by experienced mentors.
What will you deliver?
- To assist with commercial administration and management on several live projects or projects at the pre-construction phase
- To carry out measures of all works accurately
- Procurement and placing orders as per site requests
- Assist in Subcontractors' procurement and commercial management
- Management and control of sub-contract accounts and variation accounts
- Tendering and Estimating
- Preparation of documentation and the like for valuation, procurement, or commercial administration
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £180.00-£250.00 per day
Schedule:
- 10 hours shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
The successful applicant MUST have the following experience:
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD
- Bluebeam
- Drawboard
- Previous experience MUST min 2 years
- Procurement experience, support invitation to tender
- Ability to work under pressure
