Aside from just organising and decluttering, we help people style their homes, deal with life admin, work with businesses to organise paperwork, office systems & stockrooms, house move packing and unpacking, digital organisation and Productivity along with some PA work.

We don’t always just do the organising for the clients but enjoy working alongside them too, coaching them along the way to adopt new habits to maintain what we do together.. If we can help clients become more organised without external help in future, that’s a big accomplishment for us.

The Role:

Location: Within Greater London & some Surrounding areas
Salary: Between £15-20 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Status: Freelance/Zero hours contract
Working hours: 4-8 hours per day starting between 9-11am
Reporting to: Owner

Duties & responsibilities:

As an Assistant professional organiser, you will work alongside the owner or one of our professional organisers to provide support to the team on organising jobs. This will be a mix of hands on organising work along with some PA relates tasks. This is an entry level role in professional organising with scope to grow and potentially become a full time professional organiser. You will receive ongoing training and learn the ropes of the business from both sides giving you the tools and confidence to work independently down the line.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the owner and other organisers on projects around London along with some office administration
  • Help with curating shopping lists of product needed for organisation projects
  • Book collections with junk haulers, storage companies and charities
  • Help with managing social media channels, creating posts and interacting with followers
  • Speak to clients over phone, email, text and social media
  • Deliver product to teams across London where required
  • Help with diary management for the owner and organisers
  • Respond to enquiries from the team and update CRM where required
  • Suggest and implement new systems and processes
  • Help with other administrative tasks as required

About you:

  • Have done some organising & decluttering of your own in the past and would love to grow your experience in the field to make it your career
  • Experience working in any of these areas preferred: customer services, personal assistant, project management, administration or any industry with similar requirements

  • Be available for work from 9am-6pm for at least 3-4 days per week.

This job is on a freelance contract basis. It is important to not fully depend on it as your main source of income as workload varies from month to month.
