Job description
We have been appointed on a 4 year Framework by City of Edinburgh council to carry out kitchen & bathroom replacements to their housing stock.
As a result we are recruiting a Project Manager to oversee site manager who are delivering 5 Wet Floor Shower, 5 Nr kitchen and bathroom replacements per week within social housing.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate and provide a reference that they have delivered a project of the same, size and scope of works.
Only applicants that are competent in social housing kitchen & bathroom replacements will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £72,800.00 per year
Schedule:

Experience:
- Refurbishment: 5 years (required)
- Kitchen & Bathroom installation management: 5 years (required)
