IMG Production and Studios is one of the largest producers of sports programming in the world, responsible for thousands of hours of content on behalf of more than 200 federations, associations and events. Producing and distributing three 24/7 sports offerings in Sport 24, the first-ever live, global, premium sports channel for the airline and cruise industries; EDGEsport, the premium action sports channel; and the Premier League Content Service for international broadcasters, which includes all live matches, comprehensive analysis and regular magazine programming. Our cross-platform product offerings include: Golfing World, Amazon Tennis, UFC, The Wimbledon Championships, the Jockey Club of Saudi Arabia, European Tour Productions, Royal & Ancient Golf, Euroleague Basketball, Trans World Sport, EFL, FIVB, Audio and more.
What You’ll Do:
Exciting opportunity to join the Trans World Sport team with IMG Media as an Assistant Producer. You will be responsible for overseeing the weekly production of our show, using a mix of repeated archive content and new highlights packages, working remotely with a freelance editor. You will plan the weekly run orders, ensuring editorially relevant content, and make the best use of our extensive archive to develop new content strands. Working with our team, including freelance voiceover, sound engineer and production staff, you will ensure the high broadcast quality of the show.
You will also maintain our social media platforms and research opportunities to generate new content for the show via shoots and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
  • Oversee weekly assembly edit of TWS using mix of repeated archive content and new highlights packages, working with freelance editor (remote edit)
  • Plan run orders to ensure varied and editorially relevant content
  • Make best use of extensive TWS archive covering sport around the world – and develop new strands to take advantage of this content
  • Work with editor, freelance voiceover, sound engineer and production staff remotely to ensure high standard of show
  • Maintain TWS social platforms using content from weekly show
  • Research opportunities to generate new content for show via shoots and external suppliers
You Will Have The Following Strengths:
  • Experience producing content for broadcast, working with editors on avid or Premiere
  • Familiarity with Adobe Premiere
  • Experience working on magazine show content – ideally overseeing show stitch, voiceover and delivery
  • Experience writing own scripts
  • Strong knowledge of global sport
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
  • Ability to develop relationships with federations and broadcasters around the world to source new content for the show
  • Experience sub-editing a variety of scripts
  • Experience delivering magazine programme content
  • Good Self editing skills (Premiere Pro) – to create feature content of approx. 5-10 mins
  • Self-shooting skills with a variety of cameras, especially Sony FX6
  • Written and verbal fluency in another language
  • Health and Safety Production Training
  • Camera and Premiere Pro training
