Purpose of the role:
This role sits within the Legal and Commercial Team, and you will be supporting our in-house legal with a variety of technical, administrative, and client-related tasks.
Your role is extremely diverse and requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers worldwide. Accuracy and a meticulous eye for detail are essential.

What will you be doing?
- Assisting with all related legal documents including
- Liaising with external lawyers and internal teams e.g., operations, finance etc
- Assisting with the drafting, negotiation, and review of; Letters of Intent, Exclusivity Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements and Terms and Conditions.
- Preparing contracts, leases, and licence documents
- Ordering documents from the HM Land Registry
- Assisting in the completion of matters
Key skills:
- Strong people skills and ability to project a credible and professional image to the client and to the Legal team
- To be familiar with and follow both the team's and the wider firm’s policies, procedures and processes
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with all levels of staff
- Project management and prioritisation skills
- Experience in managing competing demands, and working well under pressure
- Excellent IT skills with experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Email and Internet
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexible in approach, enthusiastic and a team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Legal PA or Legal Secretary experience ideally within a law firm environment
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (LLB law degree preferred)
- LPC/Diploma qualification preferred

- Hybrid role, 2 days weeks work from home (Monday and Friday)
- Competitive salary £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (Dependent on the level of experience)
