Position Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Online Marketing Manager to join our UK&I Marketing Team at our Holford Yard Showroom in London. Working closely with UK&I Marketing and Wholesale teams, you will be responsible for building strong digital plans with online accounts and Distributor Markets, aligning to business priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive online priorities through the UK&I top 10 online accounts and top 10 Distributor accounts, working with internal central teams to support key initiatives and ensure the right assets are created to set our digital wholesale partners up for success.
- The role will support in delivering world class online presentation of Barbour campaigns and product on wholesale and partner store sites. Identifying key areas of opportunities to increase visibility, engagement and sell through.
- Support online development by collating opportunities and requirements from partners to enhance brand presentation online.
- Providing online data and insights to make key business decisions.
- Support delivery of online range extension opportunities, streamlining processes and efficiencies of evolving requirements and asset delivery.
- Work closely with the Digital team to identify a bank of influencers to support bespoke content creation for wholesale accounts. Support Marketing Managers in the coordination and delivery of influencer campaigns for key accounts.
- Work with Account Managers to align implementation of new technology where possible.
- Take learnings from top online accounts and create tools to support wider account base with online brand optimisation.
- Focus on top wholesale e-commerce accounts in distributor markets, establishing ways of working to help build and steer priorities in line with local requirements
- Ensure alignment owned Ecommerce and Retail teams to support the brand ambition of driving unified commerce.
Skills and Experience:
- Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extremely self-motivated with the ability to be self-directed.
- Problem-solver.
- Proficient in excel.
- Understanding of IT systems.
- Strong digital experience and understanding as well as wholesale or distributor background.
- Demonstrates high standards of organisation, attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Strong ability to be reactive. Flexible methods with a positive approach to change.
- Understanding of Asia and EMEA regions, experience in Japanese market preferred.
