Job description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, busy office environment. This role involves a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organisation.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments, including room bookings, catering, and technology setup.
- Manage office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees, including greeting and directing guests.
- Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
