With offices in London, New York, New Jersey and Los Angeles Maclynn specialises in personal introductions to remarkable people. This exclusive matchmaking service is designed to help its clients find their life partner; someone compatible not just physically, but also with shared values and life goals. The service is offline and very discreet.
The Role
Maclynn is looking for an Assistant Matchmaker to join its team in London.
The successful candidate will work closely with the matchmakers to help Maclynn clients find love! They will provide crucial support in helping to search for and screen prospective matches, and assist with related administrative tasks.
They must be an organized, compassionate, and upbeat individual able to work autonomously within the overall framework of Maclynn's service and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Matchmakers in delivering matchmaking to Private Members.
- Managing in-bound Open Membership enquiries, taking new members through the signing up process and passing to relevant matchmakers as appropriate.
- Preparing and presenting reports to the team on client dating activities.
- Processing and recording new client information.
- Managing client searches.
- Headhunting for potential matches outside of our network.
- Maintaining Maclynn’s CRM system.
- Give support to the team when needed.
Requirements:
- Psychology degree (preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail orientated
- Minimum 1 years experience in a client-facing role
- Self-starter
- Experience in the luxury sector (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London W1J 8DZ
