We are seeking an office and marketing assistant who will assist the event planning and marketing team in areas such as social media, email marketing, subscriptions and general office admin.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with social media management, email marketing, event planning and subscription admin.
- Office duties such as answering inbound calls, stationery ordering, record keeping and general admin.
- Website updating via systems such as MembersPress and WordPress.
- Help to create engaging and consistent copy across a range of platforms
The right candidate will:
- Have a general interest in marketing and social media (qualifications in these fields are not essential)
- Be hardworking and reliable with a proactive nature working well within a team, and also on their own
- Have excellent organisation skills
- Be a good communicator across all mediums (phone calls, emails and in-person)
- Ideally have a working knowledge of Canva, WordPress and Mailerlite, but not essential

Please note that transport links are not great in this area and so being able to drive to the office is essential.
Schedule (full-time): Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Part-time position would be considered for the right person (salary would then be pro-rata).
Salary £20k-£22k
