We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation and exceptional service of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
· Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and customer satisfaction.
· Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
· Assist with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff members.
· Coordinate staff Rota, ensuring appropriate coverage and efficient labor management.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
· Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
· Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed.
· Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and implement strategies to minimise waste and maximize profitability.
· Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new menu items, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Shift Supervisor.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
· Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions under pressure.
· Detail-oriented and highly organised, with excellent time management skills.
