Connect to your Industry

This is an opportunity to join Deloitte's in-house creative agency, 368. We are a fast-growing creative department dedicated to promoting both the brand and different businesses within Deloitte.

This is a self-shooting, hands-on role. As a Creative Producer, you will evaluate the brief, develop concepts with our creative team, articulate your thinking to stakeholder clients, and produce content to an award-winning standard. It's a role for someone who likes solving problems and challenges creatively, who can work with a broad range of stakeholder clients, who can develop simple and elegant film solutions within our brand guidelines and tell clear, confident, and human stories. The role offers variety and the opportunity to push creativity in new and exciting ways. We are on a journey to raise standards across every aspect of our creative output and continue to win major brand and advertising awards.

Deloitte has a dedicated in-house film studio, facilities, and equipment with the potential to produce exciting and engaging content. We're looking for experienced, passionate people to drive quality and innovation across our films and animations, unrivalled in the wider business market. We are looking for someone with a creative flare behind the camera who will help us elevate our filmmaking and lead by example.

Connect to your career at Deloitte

Deloitte drives progress. Using our vast range of expertise, that covers audit, risk advisory, and consulting services across tax, legal, business, technology and corporate finance, we help our clients become leaders wherever they choose to compete. To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

Connect to your opportunity

  • You will play a key role in our offering. Working with our creative team, you will take and respond to briefs, then transform these into actionable project plans, managing stakeholders and resources.
  • Someone who can work independently to deliver small projects or act as the lead across large projects, pulling together a team and leading the way.
  • These include campaign films (like B2B and B2C commercials); documentary-style assets that showcase different specialists and spokespeople within the organisation; case studies; how-to and explainers; podcasts, and much more.
  • To create impactful, award-winning films that stand out from the mass of content that is awash with corporate, vanilla communications. You will need to tell stories that engage from the outset and maintain interest (aligning with YouTube/Vimeo algorithms)
  • Attend meetings and briefing sessions with clients, discuss briefs, and proactively suggest different approaches or treatments to solve client issues.
  • Help our stakeholders understand what they need and what we will produce - guiding them through the end-to-end process in inspirational ways.

Connect to your skills and professional experience

You are a planner: creating robust project plans with key milestones and deliverables. Guarantee that stakeholders deliver assets, feedback, and approvals on schedule.

You can deliver: ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You are well organised: managing your time and others, being flexible and prioritising work as needed. Working with the operations team to ensure projects are resourced accurately.

You are a leader and a teacher.

Technical Skills

Essential

  • As this role is hands-on, you will need substantial film production knowledge and experience, with a solid background from either broadcast media, advertising agency or production company are essential.
  • A good understanding of post-production and animation, with the ability to oversee these parts of your project.
  • Ability to come up with problem-solving, campaign-driven creative film ideas.
  • Able to inspire stakeholders to think outside the box and upsell simple projects into creative opportunities.
  • Attention to detail - budgeting, timing, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising, planning, and overseeing multiple tasks at any once.
  • Imagination to understand the Deloitte brand and how to elevate it.

Desirables

  • Experience in managing and presenting to senior stakeholders.
