```Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure efficient and smooth workflow front of house
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
```Skills:```
- Proven experience in management, preferably in a pubs or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and scheduling
