About Us:

Omega Homestyle is a premium door, window and conservatory company based in Long Crendon. We offer our professional services throughout both Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.

Because of our excellent services, we have become a leading home improvements company. As a result of this, we have been able to extend our services to surrounding counties.

The job will include supporting the MD with quotes, project management, liaising with our installers and customers onsite, we are able to offer some inhouse training on products but are looking for someone with experience within the industry.

  • You will support the planning and scheduling of new installations, and help to monitor progress once they are underway
  • You will support the team in drafting customer-facing documents, including site survey documents and installation plans (if needed)
  • You will help to coordinate installation logistics, including product deliveries
  • You will communicate directly with customers and contractors to provide updates on progress throughout the installation
  • You will be involved in responding to operational issues and customer service issues
  • You will become a key part of our busy delivery team helping to keep everything running smoothly and on track!

Skills & Experience:

Must have experience in the glazing industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,500.00-£38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Industry: 3 years (required)
