JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager - Group Capital Planning and Reporting
Salary: £38,232 - £42,480
LOCATION(S): Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Capital Reporting & Transaction Advice team in Central Finance, to contribute to the development and delivery of the production of monthly & quarterly capital reporting and external market disclosures for the Group and it’s UK based banks.
We’re looking for people to join the team who love to solve problems – people who are bold, creative, and naturally curious will thrive. Taking ownership, ability to manage multiple deliverables and working collaboratively are capabilities that we value highly as are commerciality and effective communication skills. You’ll have high degree of numeracy, analytical skills, an understanding of financials and be passionate about managing and processing data.

What you’ll be doing:
> Supporting the month end and quarter process for Capital reporting
> Supporting a robust control environment
> Establishing and forming solid relationships with other finance and risk colleagues
> Help drive forwards our ambition to automate and continuously improve the control environment surrounding the capital calculation process.
