Part of the Global Client Voice of Client Program team, responsible for a broad range of activities, including:
- Support various aspects of Global Crown Jewel client feedback strategy. This includes engagement reviews, relationship reviews, Win/Loss and internally focused Pulse surveys to capture and understand client satisfaction and loyalty at our most complex global clients and to acquire client and internal insight to build and sustain our most significant global relationships.
- Oversee management operations of global customer experience management technology to centrally collect and analyse global feedback.
- Work with the analytical team to define and prepare initial findings across Voice of Client channels (including feedback).
- Support the communication strategy of the VoC program, including the storyboarding and preparation of compelling and powerful VoC presentations and reports for the Global Clients & Industries Leadership teams, DTTL Executive, and other high-profile leadership events, as required.

Qualifications:
- Strong project management and time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables.
- Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies.
- Outstanding research and analytical skills: ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations.
- Exceptional ability to prepare executive ready materials that “tell-the-story" succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context. proven mastery in writing, editing, and proof-reading with exceptional attention to detail.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables.
- Prior relevant experience: experience in client feedback, Voice of Client programs and/or thought leadership design and creation preferred
- Ability to design and deliver a holistic approach around people, process, and technology within the right strategic context, and lead all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery preferred.
