We are looking for someone special to join our team as an Assistant Manager contracted for 45 Hours per week. Think you're up for the challenge?


Job Description


Your role:

  • Use management skills to address the day to day running and tasks in store
  • Proactively drive store performance with knowledge and creative flair
  • Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role and product knowledge
  • Ensure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelines
  • Promote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Opportunity to work in local stores to share knowledge and experiences.

  • Flexible to the needs of the business including covering more hours and covering in a different location
