A café and bar boasting modern custom interiors, an impressive food and drink menu, and state-of-the-art cinema technology, merging the best of art-house & mainstream cinema. Alongside the latest films, our kitchen/bar will be a social F&B destination in its own right, serving up a range of beers, wines, and spirits to big-tasting finger food, from Pizza and Wild Boar hot dogs to popcorn galore.
Our fully licensed studios boast luxurious extra wide sofas along with excellent sight and sound that unleash your senses, including state-of-the-art laser projection to ensure an outstanding and unforgettable experience. Coupled with a striking bar & lounge, TIVOLI is the new home of good vibes and fun times, any day of the week.
We are now searching for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Cheltenham to help support our existing team at this amazing venue. We are recruiting for a bright, bubbly, energetic, and passionate person who wants to play a key part in a swiftly evolving company, whilst helping to make a truly beautiful business as great as it can be. Frankly, who wouldn't want that?
What are we looking for:
- An experienced Manager who leads & motivates a team.
- Someone with a knowledge and passion for film, good food, and drinks.
- Operational experience in running a fast-paced guest-led environment
- An enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Proven experience in delivering financial measures
- An appetite to be part of something new and a determination to help us expand our brand
In addition to the above you must also:
- Have at least 12 months’ operational management experience in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
- Be well-versed with current knowledge of social media platforms used to drive brand and business growth
- We require candidates with a fluent level of English and to be fully flexible in their schedule, who can work hours during the weekdays (including the evenings) and weekends.
