Cinema, Bowling, Mini Golf, Climbing, Bars and Dining all under one roof. Our venues are the first to combine exceptional cinema and great quality food and drinks with fun and immersive leisure activities.
The Light is looking for Assistant Managers to join the opening management team and be part of the future of entertainment at our brand new venue in Redhill.
Assistant Managers oversee the smooth running of all day-to-day operations of our venues, they are enthusiastic and motivated with the ambition and determination to successfully lead and inspire a team.
We are particularly looking for managers with experience in bars, restaurants and hospitality as well as managers who have worked within a leisure venue
Successful candidates will:
- Be enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality, film and/or leisure
- Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional guest service
- Have previous supervisory experience
- Have comprehensive knowledge on Food Safety, Health and Safety and licencing laws and regulations
- Be confident working with technology and software systems
- Have good numerical skills and commercial mindset

Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.
