This venue has a local community feel and offers a relaxed dining experience alongside dishes that have fresh food at its heart.
As Bar/Restaurant Supervisor you will assist the General Manager and the supervisors in the daily running of the business, training staff, producing staff rotas, take lead of the front of house in absence of your superiors and ensuring a smooth service throughout. You will work closely with Managers to guarantee health and safety throughout the business.
Essentials
- Deputising for the General Manager
- Experience in a similar role preferably in a similar dining setting, minimum 2 years
- Fully flexible and available to work evenings and weekends is a must
- Excellent customer service skills will be of course required
- Must be passionate
- Ability to lead the front of house team
- Ability to train and develop members of staff
- Self-motivated and pro-active
- Be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills
- Always be customer focused
- Take pride and attention to detail in your work
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
- Ability to cope under pressure
