Sales & Delivery Driver – Ford Parts Plus Cardiff

Ford of Britain launched a National Network of Parts Plus Centres that provide an exceptional range of services all designed to support the sale of trade parts directly to independent repairers and body shops.

Ford Parts Plus are looking for a sales and delivery driver to cover their depot in Cardiff.

In this role you will:

• Check orders to be delivered with the invoice - deal with any anomalies and advise the warehouse Team
• Ensure all parts on the invoice are loaded efficiently and effectively onto the delivery van
• Gain authorised signatures and printed names from customers for all parts delivered along with receipts for payments
• Work with other colleagues to facilitate the efficient delivery of parts
• Drive in a safe and courteous manner within the law, at all-time ensuring that the driver behaviour guidelines are followed

In order to be successful in this position you will:

• Hold a current full clean driving licence
• Have good verbal and communication skills
• Be organised and efficient
• Have effective time keeping and time management
• Have excellent customer handling skills along with the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Have a good geographical knowledge of the area
