Leisureways Ltd is a family business situated near Rotherham town centre, and is the areas leading Motor Factor, supplying car parts to both trade and retail customers for over 50 years. The store has recently undergone extensive renovation and investment.
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking to employ an Assistant Manager to join our busy sales team,
The role entails cash handling, answering telephone calls, using the latest computer database to correctly advise the parts required. As Assistant Manager you will be required to open and lock up the premises and assist with the day to day running of the the company and covering for the Branch Manager in his absence.
The suitable candidate must have a competent telephone manner and be able to communicate confidently with both customers and colleagues. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to work equally well as part of the team and develop your full potential as an individual.
Uniform is provided and you will be expected to keep a clean and tidy appearance at all times as a representative of our company.
Salary is to be discussed at interview and will be dependent upon experience and knowledge. A good knowledge of motor vehicle parts and components would be advantageous for this position but is not essential as training will be given.
Hours of work are 42 1/2 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Saturdays on a rota basis working 8.00am to 4.30pm
