Assistant Manager Needed in York – Come on Board!
We are one of the leading bagel retailers in the UK, serving super-fresh filled bagels, tasty snacks, sweet treats, chilled drinks, and bean to cup coffees in travel hubs and shopping centres across the UK and we are growing!
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Assistant Manager to join us and support our unit located in York Designer Outlet.
The Assistant Manger’s duties will include staff management, recruitment and training, rota management, cashing up, ordering, stock control and the day to day running of the unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.
1 year of supervisory or management experience within a similar environment is necessary but full training in the Bagel Factory operation will be provided.

In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £12, guaranteed hours of a minimum of 30 per week plus paid holidays and other benefits. You also get free meals on duty so you can enjoy and recommend your favourite bagel to our customers!
Our perfect candidate will have management experience within the food and hospitality industry.

The Bagel Factory is growing with more new openings planned in 2023 so an Assistant Manager could be running their own Bagel Factory within a year!
