There will be an expectation to work alongside the MDT to develop these assessments in a professional manner. You will also co-facilitate an Art Psychotherapy Open Group with an Art Psychotherapist, as well as developing other groups alongside the Occupational Therapist and Activity Worker; therefore, the ability to present information will be needed for this particular role.
Good communication and flexibility will be required as necessary skills to be a part of the Woodlands Therapies team. These skills will allow you to effectively work with both individuals with mental health difficulties whilst on Lark Ward and with staff members from a variety of professional backgrounds.
