Libertine Burger Assistant Manager
AWARD WINNING STREET FOOD CONCEPT, (NATIONAL STREET FOOD FINALISTS FOUR YEARS RUNNING AND WINNER IN THE NATIONAL BURGER AWARDS, BLOGGERS CHOICE AT THE NATIONAL BURGER AWARDS), AFTER TRADING AT MANY EVENTS AND A FIRM FIXTURE AT THE DIGBETH DINING CLUB FOR 4 YEARS.
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join our awesome team! We are going to be opening our third site very shortly and we are looking to recruit an assistant manager that can work in a fast-paced, modern, vibrant atmosphere.
We don't require any previous experience within the hospitality industry as we provide all training on the job. All we ask is that you have a desire to learn, and have ambitions to grow with the company. We are looking to take the brand nationwide so there will always be the option for internal promotions for the right candidate!

Assistant Managers are the framework of Libertine Burger by setting a great example and supporting every single team member!
- Overseeing daily operation
- A basic understanding of P&L
- Experience with building and developing a team is preferred.
- Confident running busy shifts and overseeing the whole venue.
- Basic knowledge of licensing, risk assessment, health & safety, and food hygiene.
- Ensuring the company culture with strong teamwork.
- Comply with Libertine Burger policies and procedures and ensure the team deliver them to a high standard.
- Build relationships with all employees and use these to guide and motivate them towards delivering the best customer service possible
- Accept that the priorities of the business can change with little to no notice and maintain a flexible yet consistent and positive attitude regardless of the situation
- Other duties as assigned
