We are seeking a strong Assistant Manager to help lead our Heav'nly team in Downtown North Andover! Heav'nly Donuts first started in 1975 in Methuen and has grown to 14 stores in the area. We pride ourselves in serving the best quality donuts, pastries and coffee around. Our Assistant Manager needs to be a leader, a teacher, a barista, an accountant, a baker, a coach and a cheerleader all in one! Responsibilities: Along with the Store Manager, help lead a successful business using your own individual management style. Hire, train and schedule all staff. Review inventory and place weekly orders with vendors as needed. Effectively control all food costs. Serve customers in a friendly manner. Our managers are hands-on and work the floor during morning hours leading the rest of the team. Create a positive and friendly environment for customers and co-workers. Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations. Communicate effectively with your team. Lead by example. Give feedback. Have patience. Be a coach. Qualifications: 3+ year previous years experience managing in food service industry is preferred.
