The mission
We have an exciting opportunity for a Front End Web Developer based in London, with expertise in Angular.
Join our Architectural team and take a leading role in the revamp of our flagship product. In addition, you will contribute to the development of roadmap items for both existing and new clients, focusing exclusively on web front-end. This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners and SCRUM master’s located in our offices in London, Luxembourg, and Bangalore.
The team
You will be joining the recently expanded London Architecture team, which is responsible for all strategic design and development of daappa’ s solution suite. With our increased emphasis on Web technologies, UX and UI considerations, the candidate will become a pivotal player within this team and help lead the charge on our current and web-based solutions.
Joining us
Reporting to our Product Architect and working closely with both on-shore and off-shore development teams, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards,
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications,
- Hands-on development of functionality as per specifications and/or user stories received from Product Owners,
- Close collaboration with Product Owners and QC Testers in an Agile/SCRUM development approach,
- Provide technical guidance and coaching,
- Definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases for system and unit testing,
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
What we need
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar environment,
- In depth knowledge of Angular v13+ (ideally Angular v15 / v16),
- Familiarity with state management library (We will be using Elf),
- T-DRY principles,
- Familiarity with front-end test tools like (Jasmine, Jest),
- Detailed knowledge of Web API, REST, Typescript,
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running,
- SOLID principles,
- Authorization to work in the UK without time limit or restrictions,
Great to have
- Practical knowledge of .NET core, IIS, and C#,
- A strong academic background in a relevant IT or Computer Science degree or masters,
- Postgraduate software certifications,
- Additional experience in JavaScript (and other object-oriented languages), User Interface design, DevOps, Continuous Integration,
