What do we look for in an Ed’s Assistant Manager?

• Able to motivate a team to deliver an excellent guest experience by living and breathing Ed’s values.
• A fantastic business brain with a real head for numbers.
• Assists the General Manager with recruitment and selection of new patriots
• In conjunction with the General Manager, implements and monitors operational plans including marketing and promotions.
• Someone who has the potential to grow and develop to become a General Manager.
