What do we look for in an Ed’s Assistant Manager?
- Able to motivate a team to deliver an excellent guest experience by living and breathing Ed’s values.
- A fantastic business brain with a real head for numbers.
- Assists the General Manager with recruitment and selection of new patriots
- In conjunction with the General Manager, implements and monitors operational plans including marketing and promotions.
- Someone who has the potential to grow and develop to become a General Manager.
To carry out this role you will need to be over 18
