Assistant Management Accountant – Scunthorpe – Up to £27,000 – Hybrid working
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a large distribution business to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team. Our client are a forward thinking and innovative business with an excellent reputation. This is a newly created role due to business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Accountant to produce the management accounts for multiple sites.

Assistant Management Accountant Responsibilities:
- Preparation and review of Balance Sheet of multiple sites.
- Monthly preparation and review of P&L, budgets and forecast
- Produce budgets and forecasts for multiple sites
- Prepare and review of weekly invoicing forecast/cash flow forecasting
- Analysis of month end variance to profit estimates and Forecast/Budget
- Preparation of Depot portfolio Forecasts and Budget
- Maintain and review open book cost statements
- Commercial analysis and reporting to assist with customer negotiations
- Business partnering with Depot Managers through regular interaction including site visits
- Supporting with ad-hoc reporting including wage analysis
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong finance experience working in a varied accounts role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have great attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
