Job description

We are looking for a Field Technicians for a leading Telecom Service provider company in United Kingdom (Buckinghamshire)

Job Responsibilities :

• Installation & configurations of CPEs (ONTs, Routers & STBs)

• Installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure.

• Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications

• Installing of cables support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, splitters, FDPS and ODF

• Fiber and copper cable laying in underground and poles infrastructure and ensure that all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.

• Evaluating customers needs and installing IT devices and systems that best meet those needs.

• Investigating and resolving customers complaints in a timely manner

Job Location - Buckinghamshire, Slough - UK

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• London, N11 2JH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
