Job Title: Assistant HR Manager
- Location: We have a small office in London (Liverpool St) and encourage employees to visit the office 2-3 times per month. Some employees are there daily so we can offer hybrid or semi-remote.
- Who is FXC: Scale-up fintech company with 65 employees across UK, Eastern Europe and the US. We expect to be 100 by the end of 2023.
- Due to further expansion, we are now seeking an HR Assistant/Administrator to join our department of four. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating an amazing culture and who wants to get exposed to all aspects of the People department, from onboarding through to exit.

- We are a fast growing fintech company providing financial data to an enterprise client list of household brands, which include HSBC, PayPal, World Bank, Western Union and MasterCard among others. We are rapidly building on our already strong reputation in the finance sector, and as a result, most of our recent clients have been gained through word of mouth. We can also boast an almost 100% repeat business rate, both of which are incredible achievements for a start-up company.
The role of Assistant HR Manager
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will initially be involved in providing administrative support that includes preparing employment contracts, reference checks, right to work checks, keeping our HR systems up to date, resolving any internal queries and providing reports. You will then become more involved in your own projects, such as creating and managing a buddy scheme, providing support for the visa sponsorship process, employer branding, culture champion groups, employee engagement, learning and development and much more depending on where your passions lie.

Essential
- 1+ yrs commercial experience in a similar role
- Very organised, proactive and efficient – you own the problem and find a solution
- Excellent attention to detail
- Data driven - you use data, not hunches
- Solid with Excel - ideally can do basic formulas
- Solid with PowerPoint or Google Slides
Desirable
- Experience of some of our systems: CharlieHR, Confluence, Slack, TeamTailor
- Experience of handling the visa sponsorship process
- Experienced on delivering project work
- D&I experience
- If you are happy to help out with recruitment and have some experience in this space, then this is useful but not essential
- Degree educated
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £52,285.00-£55,824.00 per year
