We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Head Housekeeper for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

• We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Head Housekeeper for our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester Hotel.
• As an Assistant Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the implementation of the housekeeping and company brand standards alongside the Executive Head Housekeeper.
• The Assistant Head Housekeeper will direct the housekeeping team to ensure a high level of service and standards are achieved.
• Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience within housekeeping.
• Demonstrates a proactive to seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.

About You:

• Current 5 Star hotel housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
