A bit about what you will be doing:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant General Manager, who can ensure delivery of exceptional service to all the guests of our popular West End venue. You will work in collaboration with the General Manager to support all aspects of the business, including service standards, guest experience, health and safety and P&L control.
You will be responsible for a large team and you will ensure that they are trained, coached and mentored as part of your duties.
This is fun, busy and fast paced restaurant and an incredible role for someone who is looking to further their career in one of London best quality driven hospitality group.
