Assistant General Manager - Soho

Salary - Up to £60,000 pa.

Contract - 48 Hours, 5 shifts, between Monday - Sunday.

Here at Chotto Matte Soho, we are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. It is a great opportunity to become part of a diverse, inclusive, and passionate environment that puts extraordinary culinary experience and customer service at the forefront.

The Assistant General Manager will hold accountability for the entire business and must be confident with building strategies and meeting objectives. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that offers fantastic rewards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hospitality background and is a creative problem solver. They will instinctively put people first, including both guests and members of their team. We are looking for a skilled, natural leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and maintains poise under pressure.
