Understands and has a passion for the leisure industry, anticipating and contributing to changes before they occur.
Self-motivated who can work independently taking responsibility and ownership. Build a team to operate the venue in all its aspects while assisting in projects and initiatives as required by the Company.
Oversee recruitment and training the management will instil the Company Mission, Vision and Values throughout the site.
Monitor menu development, product ordering, building maintenance and compliance while managing site budgets, expenses and customer care.
Responsibilities and duties
Find new ways to promote sales with the sales teams.
Liaison and management of regulatory authorities, minimising conflict and maximising opportunities.
Enforce cash handling policies and procedures.
Remain accountable for all profit and loss targets.
Update and change products in response to budget concerns,
Ensure all staff comply with health regulations and maintain their compliance certifications.
Assign direction and tasks to Site Supervisors and Customer Support teams and other team members.
Maintain quality assurance and customer service standards.
Build sales and forecast future performance challenges and opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 - 50 per week
Salary: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
