We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager Horizon Hotel and Spa in Jersey, This 4 Red Star Hotel and 2 AA rosette restaurant is located in an idyllic beach front location in Jersey. this role comes with structured career progression within Hand Picked Hotels.

About the role:
- As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be responsible for delivering a high quality level of service to all our guests by driving consistent quality standards across the department as we continue our journey to create magical experiences for all our guests.
- As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be an innovative individual with excellent leadership skills and a well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage.
- You will focus on the restaurant and meetings and events operation from an operational perspective and be responsible for managing a large team.
- In this role you will also focus on staff rotas’ training, managing payroll and stock control, you will also have exposure to the P&L for the department.
- You will have access to excellent Hand Picked training courses to support your development and enhance your career journey within the hospitality industry and within a driven environment.
About you:
- To be considered for this role you must have current Restaurant Management or Food and Beverage experience within a 4 or 5 star multi outlet food and beverage operation, within the UK.
- A proven track record in exceptional service delivery and achieving goals and objectives above and beyond the guest expectations.
- Be able to lead, motivate, develop and inspire a team.
- Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Proficient in hotel software, excel and word.
