IAG, Image Analysis Group, is a fast-growing imaging expert organization that supports pharmaceutical companies developing new treatments to improve patients’ lives. Our 2022 growth is nearly 100%, and we expect similar growth in 2023, so you need to be comfortable in a fast paced environment and able to prioritize!
Every project we run involves use of the medical imaging (MR, CT, PET, US, DXA), which helps to generate accurate data about drug safety and efficacy. The images come from the clinical sites located globally (from US, Europe, Asia, etc).
Our operations are supported and cantered around our propriety cloud based platform DYNAMIKA, which brings together seamless management of imaging data through cloud database and stakeholder management as well as a library of analysis tools, some based on Machine Learning and AI. We train our PMs to be comfortable with technology, AI, Machine Learning and able to efficiently support our clients. You should have curiosity an desire to learn new technologies.
Lastly, IAG brings artificial intelligence in a meaningful way to the imaging process. This is the future of imaging – drives down cost and improves quality of analysis. As images are used more for statistically meaningful endpoints, IAG has proven, validated, AI algorithms.

We are looking for a part-qualified finance professional or someone who is starting their career in finance. You will be working in a small finance team reporting to the Group Financial Controller. This is a hands-on role which will have the opportunity to gain experience in all areas of finance.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with accurate and timely month end close for accounts for three companies – UK, US and India
· Preparation of journals
· Reconcile bank statements and credit cards
· Manage accruals and prepayments
· Maintain fixed asset register
· Maintain AP and AR balances
· Process sales invoices and collection and reconciliation in a timely manner
· Processing Supplier invoices, seeking approval and making timely payments by entering payment instructions for approval by the Group Financial Controller
· Balance sheet reconciliations
· Assist with preparation of monthly management and board reporting pack, and ad hoc report preparation
· Employee expense claims processing
· Assist with VAT Returns
· Assist with year-end Audit and preparation of annual statutory accounts
· Payroll preparation UK, France
· Assist with administration of employee benefits packages UK, US, France and India
· Ad hoc duties as requested by the Group Financial Controller, and other members of the executive management team
Key Requirements:
· Up to 12 months experience in an accounting capacity
· Part qualified ACCA, CIMA or AAT
· Good understanding of Excel
· Excellent communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task, prioritise own workload and work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and interchangeable priorities
