We are looking to appoint a Department Manager - English/Maths to join our teams based at our Matthew Boulton College and our team at James Watt College. We have centralised the English and Maths function across all BMet colleges which will be overseen by the appointed Department Manager.

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced leaders to manage and motivate a team of lecturing staff to achieve excellence. The primary responsibility is to cultivate a productive working environment to ensure teaching and learning is inspirational, high quality and supports learners to succeed. The appointed Department Managers will oversee the functioning and development of the department working towards the college’s strategic goals and key performance indicators.

This role will be based at one of the BMet colleges. However, you may be required to travel across sites.
