Job description
We are looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner who will proactively support the business in its next phase of exciting growth.
Working with the Finance Business Partner across Client Solutions, Joyride, Branded Video and Data Intelligence and Planning, this role is designed to be an integral part of the Commercial and Operational teams supporting the teams with high quality reporting, analysis and key insight. The role is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced Finance team supporting the timely delivery of business KPI's and deliverables. The successful candidate will support the Finance Business Partner in the timely reporting of performance to all levels of the business as well as forecasting, budgeting and key analysis work.
What the opportunity looks like
- Supporting with the divisional group P&L reporting documents including full P&L forecasting
- Supporting with weekly performance reporting to key stakeholders and the Board
- Supporting the Finance Business Partner with producing key insight and narrative against the business KPI`s
- Assisting with the preparation of divisional annual budgets
- Manage key financial data and subsequent systems
- Ad hoc commercial reporting
- Work alongside the Commercial & Operational teams on business opportunities
- Help implement new ways of working across all business functions
- Support the implementation and maintenance of processes and procedure controls
- Communicate and interpret financial information to non-finance staff
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finalist
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets
- Analytical and inquisitive nature
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Proven experience proactively challenging and finding a better way
