Job description
The post-holder will support the Facilities Manager with the day to day management and running of the Facilities teams in their own locality and provide cover when required in other localities. The post involves the day to day management of various teams involved in delivering high quality to the host Trust and partner organisations as required. The Post holder will support the Facilities Manager to oversee functions of all soft FM functions within identified buildings to include: Housekeeping, Laundry, Portering, Stores, Transport, Waste (Clinical and Domestic), Post, Car parking, Administration, Door Access Control System and Operational. The post holder will oversee any day-to-day operational issues experienced across MPFT, LIFT/Property Services sites and being the point of contact for the practice staff and various clinicians, managing the Facilities Co-ordinators and/or Building Co-ordinators in support as required.
