We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Assistant EP who will be:

- confident and highly competent in the delivery of training and consultation to a wide range of audiences
- consistent in your delivery of high-quality (supervised) casework

- experience to support your application for doctoral training in Educational Psychology
You must hold an Honours degree in Psychology. You will be expected to have gained recent and relevant experience in working with children and young people.
As part of this role, you will be required to travel to schools and settings out in the community, therefore, a full and valid driving licence is desirable.
As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance in spoken English to CEFR level C2. This requirement is in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 (Fluency Duty).

Hybrid working arrangements are available for this role. Each role at CYC is different and your working arrangements will be determined based on the requirements of the role and in collaboration with you and your needs as part of the recruitment process. Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team.
As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level C2: Can express him/herself spontaneously at length with a natural conversational flow, avoiding or backtracking around any difficulty so smoothly that the person with whom they are conversing is hardly aware of it.
