About the job
As the Assistant Duty Supervisor, you will assist the Duty Supervisors with the delivery of safe and efficient visitor services and facilities at Cardiff Castle while supporting the Operational and Castle Manager in the running of the Castle. The post will sit within Cardiff Castle team and report to the Duty Supervisor.
What We Are Looking For From You
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with some experience of working in a tourism role and willingness to develop and attend training courses. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, excellent customer services skills and flexible in working hours which will include weekends and Bank Holidays.
