Job Description:
As the Assistant Marketing Director - Social Media Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all our businesses. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute effective social media strategies, manage online communities, and create compelling content. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our online presence, increasing customer engagement, and maximizing our reach on various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for all Delozier Enterprises' businesses
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience
- Manage and grow our social media communities, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive brand image on social media
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify our reach and build strategic relationships
- Assist in managing other marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in social media management and digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to derive insights to inform decision-making

Three Bears General Store is a 40,000 square foot shoppers paradise located in the middle of Pigeon Forge on the parkway right in the Heart of The Great Smoky Mountains. We were established in 1979 by The DeLozier family and they still operate and own the business today, 42 years later. We started out at 7500 square feet in 1979 and as of today we are 40,000 square feet and still growing since we have added to the size of our store and also added two locations to the family business with The Pigeon Forge Gem Mine and Sawyer's Farmhouse Restaurant.
