Wycombe Abbey is a full boarding school which provides an outstanding all-round education for girls aged 11 to 18.
Wycombe Abbey has an impressive sporting reputation. Our extensive sporting facilities and the dedication, experience and high calibre of our coaches support each girl to follow her sporting ambition. This role will work closely with the Director of Sport in order to promote the subject and create the framework within which pupils can enjoy an active pursuit of Physical Education at all levels in a variety of forms, with a special focus on extra-curricular sport provision.

The Assistant Director of Sport will support the Director of Sport in the delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum which contributes to the educational needs of all pupils. Contributing to the structure of the overall programme to ensure opportunities for pupils to develop their physical potential, to experience challenges and achievements, and to foster a sense of responsibility and co-operation with a particular focus on extra-curricular sport.
