Hybrid working – it is possible to carry out many of the duties from home but there is an expectation that the potholder works from one of our offices for at least part of each week.

The Assistant Director of People role will work as part of the leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the people strategy, ensuring the people team function operates and delivers efficiently in all disciplines and reviews and delivers on initiatives to improve our people offering and service overall.

What we can offer you: £40885- £48657 Increasing in April 2023 to £55,000
