Job Summary
Assistant Director of Human Resources
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly valued and respected HR team in a role that will blend your knowledge of HR operations and best practice together with the delivery of innovation and change. This role will be critical in supporting the Director of Human Resources to deliver key initiatives within the 2022 – 27 People Strategy; ensuring the effective tracking and reporting of key data and metrics to relevant stakeholders.
You will also have a key role in supporting delivery of HR operational excellence across both the Prep and Upper School. Working closely with the HR Operations Lead; you will ensure day to day HR operational services are delivered efficiently, effectively, to a high standard and continue to meet the needs of the business.
To succeed in this role, you will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to demonstrate how you can continuously deliver results. You will be a natural leader capable of engaging, guiding and supporting colleagues to gain successful outcomes.
