Personal Assistant to EU Business Development Director

That’s why we’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide professional support to the EU Business Development Director and her team. This will involve ensuring the Director's time is used effectively through management of her diary, handling phone calls, requests for information and the planning and coordination of international travel arrangements/events. There will also be a requirement to provide general administrative support, including consolidation of papers, actions and reports; co-ordinating management information and managing invoices and expenses.
This role is based in Warwick, and we continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.
About you
- Experience of working as a Personal Assistant at Director level.
- Highly organised, pro-active, and able to prioritise work-load to ensure effectiveness.
- Can work efficiently under tight deadlines, whilst ensuring an element of flexibility to meet changing demands.
- Ability to respect and handle confidential / sensitive information, ensuring absolute discretion at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a flexible approach and a confident, can-do attitude.
- Highly motivated and equally able to work on their own and in a team.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
What you'll get
A competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000 dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
